RIGHT OF REVOCATION / RIGHT OF RETURN
You can return your items within 14 days and easily get your money back. For a return, we have included a return form in the package you are requested to fill out the return form and send it back along with the returned items. The return form aims to give us a description of reason for your return.
Please note that, the return of the goods is at your responsibility and expense and the shipping cost will not be refunded. We kindly request you to return the goods with a tracking number.
Please make sure that you return the goods properly. Only items that are absolutely intact and in perfect, unworn condition will be accepted for return. The articles must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging. In particular, worn, soiled, damaged or bad-smelling products cannot be returned. Should this not be the case, we reserve the right to claim compensation.
Kindly check the goods upon receipt. If the contents are damaged, please contact us and return the damaged goods. Complaints regarding the scope of the delivery, material defects, incorrect deliveries and quality issues must be notified to us by writing an e-mail to contact@caelan.de within 5 working days of receipt of the goods. The defect will be checked by Caelan GmbH immediately and if the defect is accepted, you will be refunded the amount for the goods returned. We request you not to withdraw by simply refusing to receive the item without giving us a clear notice of this. A piece of clothing is valuable and uses up resources in our environment, so treat it with care so that the next customer can look forward to it.
As soon as we have received and examined the return, we will refund you the amount, depending on the payment method you have chosen. With the payment methods PayPal, credit card, debit card, we will transfer the amount to be refunded back to the account with which you paid. With the payment method Wise, we make the refund to your bank account.
