These General Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed through the OrganicEra online shop operated by Caelan GmbH.
Our online store is intended for consumers within the European Union.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the “Place Order” button during checkout, you submit a binding offer to purchase the products contained in your shopping cart.
After placing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation only acknowledges receipt of your order and does not constitute acceptance of your offer.
A binding contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or dispatch your goods.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of obvious pricing errors, technical problems, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.
The contract language is English.
4. Products
OrganicEra products are made from carefully selected natural and organic materials.
Because we use natural fibres and environmentally friendly production methods, slight variations in colour, texture or appearance may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects but part of the unique character of organic textiles.
Product images are intended for illustrative purposes only. Minor differences between photographs and the delivered product may occur.
5. Prices
All prices displayed in our online shop are shown in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT where required by law.
Shipping charges are calculated separately and displayed during checkout before your order is completed.
6. Payment
We currently accept the following payment methods:
• Credit and Debit Cards via Stripe
• Bank Transfer via Wise
• Paypal
Orders are processed after successful payment authorization or receipt of funds. OrganicEra reserves the right to refuse certain payment methods where necessary for security or fraud prevention.
7. Delivery
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.
Delivery is currently available to countries within the European Union.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

8. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will inform you as soon as possible.
In such cases, you may choose to:
• receive a full refund, or
• accept an alternative product if available.
9. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase.

10. Warranty
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

11. Transport Damage
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please report the damage directly to the delivery carrier whenever possible and contact us without delay.
Failure to report transport damage immediately does not affect your statutory rights but helps us process claims with the carrier more efficiently.

• logos
• trademarks
• illustrations

is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from OrganicEra or Caelan GmbH.
13. Limitation of Liability
We shall be liable without limitation for damages resulting from:
• intentional misconduct,
• gross negligence,
• injury to life, body or health,
• mandatory statutory provisions.
In all other cases, our liability shall be limited to foreseeable damages typical of the contractual relationship.
14. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany,
excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the customer’s country of residence remain
unaffected.15. Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR):

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a
consumer arbitration board.
