14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us before returning your order.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

• Be unused and unwashed

• Be in their original condition

• Include all original tags and packaging

• Show no signs of wear or damage

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact our customer service team at contact@caelan.de

2. Include your order number and the items you wish to return.

3. We will provide you with the return instructions.

4. Carefully pack the items and send them to the return address provided.

Please do not return products without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a change of mind, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If you received the wrong item or a product that arrived damaged or defective, OrganicEra will cover the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
