Right of Withdrawal

We hope you and your little one will love every OrganicEra purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision by email or by using our online withdrawal form before returning the goods.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Be in their original condition
  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Show no signs of wear or damage

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that have been used, washed or damaged after delivery, unless the return relates to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact@caelan.de
  2. Include your order number and the items you wish to return.
  3. We will provide you with the return instructions and return address.
  4. Carefully pack the items and send them to the address provided.

Please do not return products without contacting us first, as this helps us process your return quickly and efficiently.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank.

We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that they have been returned, whichever comes first.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a change of mind, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If you received the wrong item, or if your order arrived damaged or defective, OrganicEra will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if any item is damaged, incomplete or incorrect.

Our customer service team will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products made to the customer’s individual specifications or clearly personalised.
  • Sealed products that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons.
  • Any other products excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection legislation.
