You may inspect and try the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Please handle the products with care while they are in your possession.
You may be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
If possible, please return the products with their original tags and packaging. However, the absence of original packaging or tags does not in itself affect your statutory right of withdrawal.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Your refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Once the refund has been issued, it may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
If you received an incorrect item, or if the goods arrived damaged or defective, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if any item is damaged, incomplete or incorrect.
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
