Delivery is currently available only to delivery addresses within Germany.

The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
You can select products and add them to your shopping cart. Before submitting your order, you can review and correct your order details, including the selected products, quantities, billing and delivery information and payment method.

The essential characteristics of each product are described on the relevant product page.
Product images are intended to represent the products as accurately as possible. Slight differences in colour may occur due to individual screen settings, photography or the characteristics of natural materials.
Such minor variations do not affect your statutory rights where the goods are defective or do not conform to the contract.
All prices displayed in the OrganicEra online shop are stated in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT.
Shipping costs are charged separately where applicable.
For deliveries within Germany:

Free standard shipping for orders of €75 or more
The applicable shipping costs and the total price of the order are displayed before you submit your order.
The payment methods currently available to you are displayed during the ordering process and at checkout.
Payment is processed in accordance with the payment method selected by you.
Where a third-party payment service provider is used, the payment may also be subject to the terms and conditions of that payment service provider. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Germany.
Delivery is currently available within Germany only.
The applicable delivery time is displayed in the online shop or during the ordering process.
If no specific delivery period has been agreed, the statutory delivery rules apply.
The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods remains with us until the goods are delivered to you or to a third party designated by you, subject to the applicable statutory exceptions.

All products are subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable before we have accepted your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and will not accept the order for that product. Any payment already received will be refunded.
If a product becomes unavailable after a binding contract has already been concluded, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
We may offer you an alternative product, but you are not obliged to accept it.
Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods, provided that you have been informed of this obligation in accordance with applicable law.
If you received an incorrect item or if the goods arrived damaged or defective, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
The statutory provisions concerning the conformity of goods and liability for defects apply.
If the goods are defective or do not conform to the contract, you are entitled to the remedies available under applicable law.
Your statutory rights are not restricted by these Terms & Conditions.

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the parcel or goods are visibly damaged, we recommend reporting the damage to the carrier and contacting us as soon as possible.
Failure to report transport damage immediately does not affect your statutory warranty or other consumer rights.

The goods remain the property of Caelan GmbH until the purchase price has been paid in full.
We are liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
We are also liable without limitation for injury to life, body or health and in all other cases where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
In the case of slight negligence affecting an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to damage that was foreseeable and typical for this type of contract.
Mandatory statutory liability, including liability under applicable product liability legislation, remains unaffected.
All content published on the OrganicEra website, including product photographs, product descriptions, graphics, logos, trademarks, illustrations, text and website content, is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Such content may not be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior permission from the respective rights holder.
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply to these Terms and to contracts concluded through the OrganicEra online shop, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of the law that would apply in the absence of this choice of law.
