Delivery Area

At the moment, OrganicEra delivers exclusively within the European Union. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to countries outside the EU through our online store.

Processing Time

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During seasonal campaigns, public holidays or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days for Germany, 2-4 business days for (Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg ), 3-5 days for (France, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Sweden), 3-7 days for other EU Countries. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on local courier services.

Shipping Costs

Customers in Germany enjoy free shipping on orders over €75. Shipment rate is 5.49 € for orders within Germany and 8.99 € for the other destinations.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can follow your shipment online at any time until it reaches your doorstep.
