At the moment, OrganicEra delivers within Germany only through our online store.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to other EU countries or destinations outside Germany.
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
During seasonal campaigns, public holidays or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
All orders are shipped with DHL.

The standard shipping charge within Germany is €5.49 per order.
Orders with a value of €75 or more qualify for free shipping within Germany.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can use the tracking information to follow your shipment until delivery.
