Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

If several goods are ordered as part of one order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.

If goods are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last partial shipment or piece.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or e-mail:

You may use our Model Withdrawal Form, but this is not mandatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal using our online Withdraw from Contract function.

If you use the online withdrawal function, we will send you, without undue delay, an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, such as by e-mail, including the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery.

Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us will not be reimbursed.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day return period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Loss in Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
